4 Personal Coaching Intro Sessions (This is where those new to CrossFit start!)

We start all of our new athletes with Personal Coaching because we want to get to know you so we can best meet your individual needs.  We'll take time to find out your goals, teach you the 9 Foundational CrossFit Movements, and explain how our program works.  Each workout will be different and introduce you to the types of WODS (workout of the day) you'll see once you move into our CrossFit group classes.  We'll discuss scaling options as well as safety- because our number 1 priority is teaching you to move well for life!  

You will leave your personal sessions with a better understanding of proper and safe technique and good form, so you feel confident that you’re ready to join our CrossFit group classes.

Please note, if you have pre-existing injuries or are extremely deconditioned, additional personal coaching sessions may be offered to help you feel more comfortable to move into our regular group classes.  We'll work together with you to decide which option is best for you.  Ultimately our goal is to help you--- so together we'll decide how to best meet your individual needs either in a group session, with private coaching sessions, or a combination of both.


CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program characterized by constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.

What this means in is that each day you come into the box you will be met with a different combination of exercises that will keep you interested and improving.  The movements we train equip you to be better at life; we all need to be able to sit, stand, sit up, place objects overhead, move quickly, and perform a myriad of tasks each and every day and we need to be able to do them well. In class we teach proper technique and mechanics so you can perform the movements life demands safely and efficiently, allowing you to be independent in your golden years or competitive in your sport, whatever your goals may be.

The community in our classes will become your biggest fan, we cheer you on when you reach a new accomplishment, support you as you work through a weakness, and encourage you to expect more of yourself than you thought possible.  My favorite CrossFit quote is 'CrossFit:  The only sport where the loudest cheers are for the last to finish!'  and it's true-- the amazing SunDog Community is the most supportive and encouraging you'll find anywhere.

Our CrossFit program is all about YOU - helping you progress from where you are-- scaling (the process of tailoring workouts to each individual’s needs and abilities) is used to help you achieve your goals, our clients move with unprecedented efficiency and safety. Our training staff has years of experience and we continue to improve ourselves to improve your experience.

Our classes last roughly 1 hour and include a dynamic warm up, agility, 1 min max, skill builder, WOD, and cool down with an emphasis on mobility.


CrossFit Kids for teens is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit, it is entirely absolutely CrossFit geared and designed for a special population and the specific developmental needs of the teenage population.

Our program is run by Stephanie Allen and Eric Cooper - both certified CrossFit Kids Coaches.  Both with years of experience working with kids and teens of all ages.  Together they are creating THE place for Kids and Teens to train in Fairbanks!

The teen program teaches proper form and mechanics in functional and athletic movements in every single class.  Each child is instructed at his to her level, allowing each individual to experience challenge and reward every class.  CrossFit trains teens to be generally physically prepared, encompassing all ten general physical skills (strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, stamina, speed, agility, power, cardiovascular endurance, and accuracy).  In doing so, our training prepares them for excellence in sport, and more importantly, in life.

Our teen classes cover ages 12 to 18 and includes a dynamic warm up, skill development, a workout, an optional challenge and cool down because mobility is key to keeping Teens injury free.  Each class lasts approximately 1 hour long.


The CrossFit Kids program teaches proper form and mechanics in functional and athletic movements in classes that are different each session with a focus on FUN.  Our program teaches children to love fitness by making fitness fun and accessible for all.  Each child is instructed at his to her level, allowing each child to experience challenge and reward every single class.

CrossFit Kids trains children to be generally physically prepared, encompassing all ten general physical skills (strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, stamina, speed, agility, power, cardiovascular endurance, and accuracy) and in doing so prepares them for the demands of life.

Our CrossFit Kids classes cover ages 6 to 12 and include a dynamic warm up, skill development, a workout, and every class finishes includes a game. Each class lasts approximately 1 hour long.

This class is perfect for those new to CrossFit or exercise in general.  Bootcamp will utilize mostly body weight exercises and will also feature light kettlebell work, sandbags, dynamax balls,  and other appropriate items for beginners. We do NOT do barbell work in Bootcamp.  This class is a great supplement and included for those in our CrossFit classes who may want to occasionally do more body weight/longer time domain WODs.

Small Group TRX Training: Enjoy the benefits of personal training for a fraction of the price! Small group training provides you the same focus and attention as one-on-one training, however you are much more motivated as you are going through the workout with others.

Nutrition Challenges: Learn how food is fuel for your body. We will teach you about eating real food; no diets, no fads, just real food and as much as you want!  Participants will pair up in teams of two, hold each other accountable and support one another in hopes to lose the most body fat as a team!

Team Building: Come sweat and reach your goals in a fun-filled and supportive environment.

Olympic Weightlifting Coaching by certified USA Weightlifting coaches
Starting Strength Coaching (we've trained and learned from one of the best -Mark Rippetoe)

$75/hr for 1 - 3 sessions
$70/hr for 4 - 6 sessions
$65/hr for 7 - 9 sessions
$60/hr for 10 - 12 sessions
$55/hr for 13  or more sessions
Cancellations 12 hours prior will result in ability to reschedule session; however, If you can cancel with less than 12 hour notice then session is not eligible to be made up and NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
